De-stemming technology for Vintage 2018It has been no state secret that Infield is again buying up big in blue. Vintage co-ordinator, Ben Cooke, oversaw delivery this morning of our new Braud de-stemming harvester. Tried in tested in the Adelaide Hills, this technology has already had the tick of approval from local growers and leading winemakers.
